1. Our commitment
We aim for this website to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA where reasonably possible. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we review the website as content and features change.
2. What we have done
The website has been designed and built with the following practices:
- Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure and landmark regions
- A “Skip to main content” link at the top of every page
- Full keyboard access to navigation, menus, accordions, tabs and forms
- Clearly visible focus indicators
- Navigation menus and dropdowns that announce their state to assistive technologies
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from screen readers
- Colour combinations chosen for sufficient contrast
- Large tap targets for touch devices
- Form fields with visible labels, clear required indicators and descriptive error messages
- Respect for the “reduce motion” setting in your operating system or browser
- Responsive layouts that work at different screen sizes and zoom levels without horizontal scrolling
- ARIA attributes used only where native HTML is not sufficient
3. Known limitations
Some diagrams, such as the framework and connection diagrams, are visual summaries. The same information is always available as text on the same page. If you find content that is difficult to access, please tell us so we can improve it.
4. Compatibility
The website is designed to work with current versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on desktop and mobile devices, and with common screen readers.
